How do I ensure I order the correct size?
We highly recommend comparing your current measurements to our official size chart. For the best fit, we offer a 'Home Try-On' program where you can sample dresses in your size before committing to a final purchase.
What is the typical shipping timeline for bridesmaids dresses?
Standard shipping usually takes 12 to 16 weeks for made-to-order gowns. However, we do have an 'In-Stock' collection that ships within 1-2 business days for those on a tighter schedule.
Do you offer color swatches to see fabrics in person?
Yes! We encourage customers to order fabric swatches to see the exact color and texture under different lighting, as screen resolutions can vary.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all standard-size, non-final sale items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Made-to-order items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Because we begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely delivery, changes can only be made within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact our support team as soon as possible for assistance.
Are alterations included in the price of the dress?
Our prices do not include alterations. Since every body is unique, most bridesmaids will require minor adjustments by a local tailor to achieve a custom-fit feel.
