At Kennedy Blue, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your selection, which is why we offer a straightforward 14-day return window for eligible bridesmaid dresses and accessories. Please note that custom-made items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal within 14 days of delivery and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original packaging and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
